KARDEMUMMA – CARDAMON

In Finland we use coarsely grounded cardamon with has proven almost impossible to find abroad (whole ones, yes, powder, yes). Luckily it is easy to make. Just peel the pods and ground the dark seeds by yourself. I used a rolling pin!
